Subject: name that tune

Does anyone know who sang the song "Don't Pay The Ferryman"?  ??? I think that was the name of the song, I remember it went something like: ..."don't pay the ferryman, don't even fix a price, don't pay the ferryman, 'till he gets you to the other side". I also remember there was a video on the old MTV (back they played music videos ) and it had a grim reaper on a raft taking some guy across a river. Anyone?

Wow, now that's a song that slipped through the cracks... I used to like it, now I have to look it up and find out why...

Okay, I looked it up on CD Now and they have a sound bite of it.  Well, I'm not going to rush out and buy the CD, but I can remember why I liked it now.
