Does anyone know what this toy is called? ???

I used to play with it in the 80s.
You use to tap the four smaller disks to get them
spinning and then pass the bigger ring through your hands, like pulling a rope, thus keeping the
four disks spinning half way up the circle and generally annoying everybody with the noise :-)
Oooooh the fun I used to have.
So, anyone remember what they were called?
