I need help with the title and artist of a song; all I know are a few details from the video.
There's a beach, with a cave. In the cave is a bar. The bartender has the head of a goat.
Does this ring any bells with anyone???

I don't know if this is what you're talking about, but the video for the "Dragnet" movie theme had a guy with a goat head and legs. He was the leader of P.A.G.A.N. from the film. The video may have shown him at the bar in the scene where they have their ritual, where they handed out pills and drinks, but I don't think there was a beach or a cave. There was a pit full of water, so that may be what you're thinking of.
The music was a comedy rap song, if that helps.

I think that was 90's. I'm thinking of a mid-80's Billy Ocean video, which struck me as weird and totally unconnected with the song. :-/
