Missionary Man - Eurythmics
Neon signs, checkered floors - leather shoulder pads, and the scene where they 'pour' Annie's face! Classic!

The Final Countdown - Europe
All those spiral perms and leather pants with Swedish lakes, pyrotechnics and cuts of Stockholm harbour - loved it!

Money for Nothing - Dire Straits
Those chunky CG images and hand-coloured socks and headbands... truly 80s!

Electric Youth - Debbie Gibson
All those cutoff pants and waistcoats - hats worn on the BACK of your head...perms in ponytails up on top...and rather tacky 80s choreography...

There are many, but these 4 get my vote! ;)

Oh! before I forget:

Wild Boys - Duran Duran

Simon being dunked on the windmill and the band welcomed at that tickertape affair - those costumes and frosted tips...too awesome!

"(Keep Feeling) Fascination" by Human League (good choice, 'spray!)  :)

"The Reflex" - Duran Duran (again...) ;)

"Is There Something I Should Know" - Duran Duran

"Don't Lose My Number" - Phil Collins

There's probably more but the coffee hasn't kicked in...

Well, if I had to pick just one, I'd have to go with "Take on Me", like so many other people mentioned.  (Though I liked "The Sun Always Shines on TV too!)

But, I also liked Def Leppard's videos (something especially sexy about Foolin', I think  ;)) and OF COURSE VVI's and later Slaughter's videos..I pretty much loved any of those "hair band" videos..Skid Row, Warrant, White Lion.. (been downloading those from Kazaa all week!).  Ooh, Gowan's "A Criminal Mind", "Strange Animal" and "Moonlight Desires" were good ones, and so were Glass Tiger's "Someday" and "I Will Be There", and "Romantic Traffic" by the Spoons too..  I don't know that I could pick a "favorite" from any of them.  Something tells me I watched far too many videos as a teen!   ;D

And I'm sure I'll think of more later on.....(Tough question, though!!)

Duran Duran- Rio
Duran Duran- Hungry like The Wolf
Duran Duran- Nightboat ( absolute favorite. the best part is when John hits the ground screaming! PRICELESS!)
David Bowie- Fashion
Arcadia- Goodbye is Forever
Peter Gabriel - Sledgehammer
a-Ha- Take on me
Duran Duran- the Reflex, Union of the Snake, New Moon on Monday, Planet earth, Save a Prayer, ....you get it.
Chicago- Stay the night.....LOVE that car in the video, but I don't know what kind of car it is really, it looks like a Buick.

I also definetley need to add some Adam Ant :-*, since NO ONE here has shown him any love... so here it goes:
Stand and Deliver- Why no one has mentioned this one is beyond me, I can't get enough of this one, first of all he is absolutely GORGEOUS in the video, second of all, the video itself is incredibly creative for 1981, when it came out.  The dandy highwayman is my favorite look for Ads, followed with a close second by....
Prince Charming- He looks great in this video too! Especially in the beginning, I love the big smile he has on his face when he is playing with the little stuffed cat, ...too adorable! anyways, moving right along...
Strip- yes, I need to mention Strip. Sexy is the only word that comes to mind when I see him in that video. I can't really say anymore cuz anyone who has seen that video probably knows what I am talking about, it really needs no words. Which brings me to my last but definetly not least video...
Antmusic- simple, yet quite stunning. It is just Adam and the Ants playing for a crowd of unknowing people. Ads releasing the Antmusic on the simplefolk. I love this video, especially the middle when he is saying don't tread on an ant... I think that is the best part for some reason.  :-* Now everyone, "throw your saftey overboard and join our Insect Nation!!!!"
