Subject: Cyndi Lauper, on a budget

Tonight I got to hear "Girls Just Want To Have Fun" live and in person for the first time ever. It was a Cher concert with Cyndi Lauper as the opening act. That was cool. 8)
What's not cool was that I was working the concession stand, so I didn't get to see any of the concert and could only partially hear it. :-/
Oh well. You take what you can get. Besides, how many people get paid to hear one of their favorite 80s performers live? :)

All in all, I'd say having a job at a concert venue is a pretty good gig, Pell!!! :)
