is it me (and you can correct me if im wrong) or do Cyndi Lauper and Christina Aguilera kind of have alot of the same facial features, in other words do you think that they look alike?

I don't think they look alike, but the makeup style on early Cyndi is somewhat comparable to that of Christina.
Then again, Christina's makeup has often been compared to that of Dee Snider's early Twisted Sister days.

I kind of thought early Gwen Stefani looked alot like Cyndi Lauper-the makeup, the hair (to an extent) and even a bit of the wardrobe. ??? Maybe it's just me.
On a similar note-I caught a Debbie Gibson video the other day and thought how much she looks like Britney Spears, or rather Britney Spears looks like Debbie Gibson when she was younger. Scary. But then I guess they always say history repeats itself.

I can sorta see the resemblence between Christina and Cyndi and also with Debbie and Britney. I think Christina is just flat out nasty though. I was reading a magazine the other day that was showing how christina and britney looked when they first started and how they look now...I will say Britney looks a little less prom queenish, a bit more slut-like but at least she stays somewhat covered up....on the whole, she looks good....christina on the other hand has let herself go all to crap...she looks like some street corner hooker. And its not just what she wears, shes pierced her face and put some blue stuff in her hair...I dunno...she just looks like trash now. just my opinion though.

I do not think they look that much alike. I always liked Cyndi, she had an element of class to her, even while singing she bop. Plus, I think she is more entertaining.

I loved Cyndi Lauper, but cannot stand Christina Aguilera! Cyndi was unusual, but Christina is just NASTY!!!

Right on 80s_cheerleader...Christina is very nasty and skanky and I realize that this New York accent has come up from NOWHERE!! People in the New York area like myself are laughing their butts off that two or three years ago she was talking like some girl from the country. I always wonder about teen stars and how their parents allow them to wear what they do. I guess they are more into money and personal appearance than self-respect and morals!! >:(

Well said. I agree 100%. The thing I liked about Cyndi is she is 100% herself.

Well Christina isnt exactly a "teen star" anymore even though thats where most of her fans are. Shes like 22 or 23 I believe. I dont think her mom and dad dress her anymore....Shes definitely nasty...
