It's a good "college" movie (most movies took place in high schools it seems) with John Cusack as the lead character and a really good-looking young woman named, Ione Sky (right?). I've seen it once in a while pop up on TBS and TNT.

I liked the movie. My favorite part was when they lost all their money, and were standing in the rain, trying to break into a trailer just to get out of the rain and she realizes that she has a credit card. Then she says, "But my father told me only use it in case of an emergency." He looks at her and said, "Well, if we wait around, maybe one will come up."

The first time I saw it was about two years ago, it was on VH1 for a week straight and I used to watch it every night. Sadly, I haven't seen it since. Its not usually on tv, and neither is The Breakfast Club or any of those other great 80s movies. I really liked sitting around on a weekend watching them, but I suppose those days are over. :(

Any 80s movie with Cusack is a classic.
One of the weakest pickup lines ever: "Consider Outer Space." Never worked on the babes for me either.
Nice "Oh,yeah" moment: One of the dirvers that picks them up is Tim Robbins.
