Subject: What was the name of this Halloween special?

I saw a Halloween presentation on the Disney channel around 1985-1990. And, it had these two guys on it, who were on an adventure. It had various monsters, as well. An old lady in a bathing suit and bathing cap who gurgles back and forth in a hot tub, a woman dressed as Maleficent the evil fairy from Sleeping Beauty, and there was a ghost that was dressed up as a bride but had no face, it was invisible from the sky but once it reached the ground, it appeared as a bridal ghost with no face. There was also a scene that I can vaguely remember that the two guys were climbing on a mountain and they were trying to cross and jump across, and one of the guys almost fell. Does anyone remember what was the name of this presentation?
