probably way too many donuts & fries & icecream, probably all at one sitting! LOL. Pluss no exercise at all, because he was so fit before. Maybe he injured himself and stopped all together the training, but kept eating just as much as before?

When your his age, please check back in and tell me if you still need to ask this question.
Some people just age better than others, and as you get older your body stores fat differently and it's much harder to get rid of it.

My step-mother loves Steven Seagal for some reason. I asked her "Why?" ( ??? ) and she said she thought he was good-looking! ??? I guess it's a matter of taste! ;D
