Subject: Pancake Gum

Written By: cristinoconnor on 06/09/03 at 05:13 p.m.

Does anyone remember gum that was shaped like tiny pancakes and came in a cardboard box with packet of syrup, so that they resembled McDonald's pancakes? I've been trying to find anyone who remembers it and so far I've had no luck. It was like the mini-Big Mac's and other candy resembling McDonald's food.

I don't remember them at all, but I can tell you that the Trolli Candy Company (in Germany) manufactures the burger.  I checked their website but found no info on a pancake; however, I did put in a letter to them requesting information on whether they might have made these as a McDonald's Corporation promotion, or if they even made them at all.  When I get a reply, I'll be sure to pass on any info.   8)
