Hey guys I'm new to the board. I was reading fashions from the 80's and I didn't see anything about Umbros. I think they were in style around 88 or 89, does anyone have any other info?

:D yeah they made shorts...and t shirts i think... very popular in the 80`s

Yes Umbro made cool, mostly nylon, soccer gear. I still have a pair of shorts I think. Does anybody know if they are still in business

I'm sure they are. Their logo is on some jerseys I've seen for soccer (errr sorry, football) teams in the UK.
Just checked out www.umbro.com and there they are!
