Subject: 2010 - An Odyssey 2 Theme?

I can remember in 1986 or so watching a music video for the movie "2010" on MuchMusic. In was a semi-electronic version of the original score for "2001 A Space Odyssey". Does anyone else remember this? The video was unremarkable, it was mostly shots of the band members playing their instruments interspersed with scenes from the movie "2010".
I used to watch it a thousand times. The same goes for another song/video I used to watch called "Much Music Groove" by Master-T and the Superhits Three. The lead singer ended up being a VJ on MM a year or so later.
