this is a whacky song and I do believe I heard it in the 80's. I don't know title or who sang it, but some of the words are "futurisic i an no-cious" it might be concidered techo. tia...boo 8)

Does a Female sing this with a wierd voice? If so then I think I know it. I'll have to rack my brain to make it come through.
I don't think it's Techno, probably New Wave.
