Does anyone remember this movie with a very young Micheal J. Fox? There were teams that went around the city looking for clues. I like the movie but I have heard some people thought it was really stupid.

I remember that movie - we would watch it everytime we could.  It seemed to be one of those HBO filler movies.  It also starred David Naughton, among notable others.  My favorite part is when they were trying to figure out where they had to go next, using a couple Polariods and other clues.  One guy figured "Cherry Point" from the clues, but there was a little red ball left over.  Someone asks him "what do you do with that?" or something like that and he looks at the ball and hits whatever the ball is resting on, flinging the ball into the air.  My friend and I would laugh ourselves silly at that part!

I LOVE this flick!!!  I love it so much that a discussion on this very board last year prompted me to look on Amazon.com, and lo and behold, it was available on DVD!

So I ordered it, and it's even funnier than I remember.  My daughters, ages 8 and 12, love it, too!  I remember watching this movie to death when it was shown on HBO in 1981-82.  The fashions alone bring back many fond memories!  I'd highly recommend it.

Edited to add that Andy Tennant, the guy who plays Melio, is now a well-known director, and most recently directed "Sweet Home Alabama" with Reese Witherspoon.

I haven't seen this movie in decades. I'm gonna have to get it and watch it again. I do remember that Stephen Furst was in it before he was in St. Elsewhere. There were probably more people that I would recongized now but didn't back then.
