Subject: Action Figures

Written By: CamryMan on 08/27/03 at 11:44 p.m.

I had two poseable action figures (PAF's, not dolls!) growing up in the 80's, and I can't for the life of me remember what they were called... maybe y'all can help.

1) A guy with a clear plastic front of his chest, and "visible" internal workings.  You'd push a button in his back and his lungs and heart would pump, and red fluid (blood, one would guess) would circulate 'visibly' through what must have been his small intestines.

2) A guy in a red super-hero type suit with a helmet on his head which housed a forward-facing motion sensor.  You'd sit him on your bed and he'd alert you to any incoming invaders.

Anybody remember these?  I  had 'em sometime after I outgrew Stretch Armstrong (am I the only man in America who didn't intentionally gore his Stretch man?)
