the mermaid-dog's shirt says "White Caps" on the back of his head it says (c) TOMY, 88.

it has been IMPOSSIBLE for me to find out what the heck this stupid dogthing is.

I found a sit that you should go to ,http://www.80stoysale.com/keypers.html, has a list of keypers toys and could e-mail the webmaster for help with your problem. (home page: www.80stoysale.com) for more toys  ;)
