Which version of the song "Funkytown" do you prefer?
Lipps Inc (1980) or Pseudo Echo (1987)
I think both versions of the song are great.

lipps inc. the original is almost always the best.

I usually prefer original versions, but I think I'm going to go with the later version for once! (I also thought the band members were kind of cute at one point)

I actually enjoy both versions, but I will have to vote for Lipps, Inc.

The Pseudo Echo version is actually the first one I'd ever heard, and I do like it. However...I have since heard the original (years ago), and I prefer that one. :)

I always liked both equally as its a great song and both did it in a real funky (scuse the pun) way.
But since seeing Psuedes in concert last year - blaerghhhhhhhhhhhhhh they have gone way way way down hill.
So its back to Lipps Inc for me !!!
