Sounds like it might be from Multiplicity w/ Michael Keaton. I'll keep checking though.

I saw this on tv just the other day.  I can't for the life of me think of what it's from.  I'll get back to you.

Do you remember any of the actors or other movies/tv that the actors might have been in?
Do you remember any other scenes? or what the movie itself was about? ???

I want to say the movie was "The Sure Thing" with John Cusack, and i believe a very young unpopular Tom Cruise, but I cant recall exactly.  Or may have had Anthony Michael Hall too- but not the Molly Ringwald flicks, I just saw those and the line isnt in there.

The scene is three nerds trying to get into a party, standing at a door way to a house.  Some jock type dudes open the door but refuse to let them in.  The dialoge has the lines in my original post.

This scene is driving me crazy!!!!!  I cant remember it...dammit!    :'(

Just a guess...Revenge of the Nerds?  Haven't seen it in a hundred years (ok well maybe 15 or so) so not sure if that's even close!!!

Its been forever since I've see Sure Thing. But it does have John Cusack, Anthony Edwards, Daphne Zuniga (Alison) and Nicollette Sheridan.
However there is a quote that I found that might lead into or refer to the quote you mentioned..
Alison: He eats cheese balls and beer for breakfast!
Jason (Boyd Gaines): How do you know what he eats for breakfast?
-- Hope that helps ease the insanity a little.. :D

That was a 90s movie. I think he's looking for an 80s movie. Good try, though.  :)

I knew Multiplicity was a 90's film, but I know sometimes I get my eras mixed up. I just remember the clone #3 was sort of silly like that.
But when I read the description of Sure Thing it really sounds like that might be the movie in question. Only one way to find out, got to rent it and watch it.  ;D
