Subject: "Rocky Road" show on TBS

Does anyone besides me remember a show on TBS called Rocky Road? It was about some kids who inherited an ice cream shop. My little sister loved it. She wrote them a fan letter, 'cause they would air the fan club address after the show, and they wrote back and gave her a signed picture, which sadly is lost. Oh well...

I remember this show! I remember one character was named Sandy. He was sort of like a beach bum.
Do you remember the other TBS shows? "Down to Earth" and "Safe at Home"? They came on around the same time as "Rocky Road."
