Since I wasnt able to reply to your post, let me try it this way. I believe the song you are thinking of is "I like music", by someone like the Isley Bros. or Spinners or 4 Tops. In the beginning , a girl wails that AAAAAAAAAAA chant. You may have heard a dance remix. 70's song. Thought I'd take a shot at it. Hope it's right.
