Subject: Female Vampire song

Written By: George Cerniglia on 02/10/04 at 01:53 p.m.

Help me!! Someone out there knows about a video in the 80's that played on MTV about a female vampire. There is a sceen in the detectives office where they are posting pictures of missing young men. Another sceen has boys playing football and the ball goes done a basement staircase and they go inside and find the bodies of the men hanging. Then there is the sceen with the woman who is singing walking with a vampire coat with a very large colar.
Someone has seen this and knows the group and/or the name of the song. TIA, George

I'm absolutely clueless when it comes to music video's ...

So I am sure this is of absolutely no help since I have never seen the video, but I'll take a wild leaping guess that maybe it was for the song "Bloodletting" by Concrete Blonde?

Of course that wasn't really an 80's song so I probably am wrong!

Don't know if this is it, dont think its an 80's song...but Annie Lennox has a song called Love Song for a Vampire. Its a very slow, melodic song.

What kind of music did the video have?

It was on MTV so it was rock. It was during the time that Motly Crew was number one with Home Sweet Home for near a year!
