Thanks for the sample, but isn't that like a modern-day hip-hugger version? Boy that's awful low (or she's got 0 hips) - and we didn't do that in the '80s! Did we? (I didn't wear these skirts and I didn't see many around, myself, so I'm kinda not-the-source.)

Yes I had two ra ra dresses one was red and black small checks and the other was deep blue with gold crisscrossed through it.
