Subject: Does anyone remember this kids video?

It was reeeeeeeeeeeally weird. It was about this kid, (played by an adult) who spent most of the video in his room talking to himself(he was supposed to be talking to some higher power I think) and I remember him talking about monsters and he sang this song"Teacher Teacher Teacher Teacher cant you see? The big boogers pickin on me!"
