Subject: Pet Shop Boys

Can anyone tell me what CD has Oppurtunities on it? Maybe a greatest hits CD or something. I love that song so much! I heard it on the radio one night about 2 months ago and it has been in my head ever since. Whenever it comes on the radio, I crank it up beyond belief!

What are some other good Pet Shop Boys songs you know of?

I also like that song. I like "West End Girls","You Only Tell Me You Love Me When You're Drunk","What Have I Done to Deserve This?","Always on My Mind",to name a few.

Hello, I am a big fan of the PetShop Boys as well. That song as well as many their best hits are on the cd titled Discography. I thinks thats the correct spelling. It features most of the early years. That song is on the cd.

I adore "Suburbia".  and the Discography hits are all the songs you  want to hear.  Of course the mixes and remixed long versions of West End Girls are all cool too. 8)

"Opportunities (Let's Make Lots Of Money)" is on their first album, called Please. I like that song too. My favourite, though, is "What Have I Done To Deserve This." They went a bit downhill as time went on, but their early career was great!

"Opportunites" is the only song I like from PSB.  "West End Girls" is another I like to listen to once in a while.  I have the video for "Opportunities" in mpeg format.  Really neat to watch.

On the side, I recall watching an interview on Much Music with PSB after they got an award for "West End Girls".  Evidently, they were pretty pi$$ed off with the awards show people because they were asked to walk up and onto the stage with the one guy one step behind just like in the video.  They just said yeah, they'll do it, then they didn't.  :D

Opportunities is a great song. I especially like the video for it. I also like some of the stuff that was on their Introspective album, mostly Domino Dancing and Always On My Mind (I prefer the Discography version of the latter though). I also really like Love Comes Quickly on their Please album too. I know that one didn't do too well upon its release but it's still a great song IMHO.

Just thought I'd add my two cents! :)

Pet Shop Boys are great! I like a lot of their commercial hits (West End Girls, Suburbia, Opportunities, It's a sin and the magnificent cover of Always on my mind).

I also liked their cover of Go West and also New York City Boy.
