Subject: HELP!ape/cave man movie in the 80's.

Written By: flowergirl on 03/26/04 at 12:38 a.m.

Does anyone know the name of the 80's movie about cave/ape man fighting with other clans for fire to live.  It was number one at the box office when it came out.  I remember it as a kid and thought it was a good terrifying movie.  Can anyone help me in finding the name of the movie.  Thank you very much
Flowergirl.

I can picture Clan of The Cave Bear - with Daryl Hannah from around the 80's.

"Quest for Fire"  is probably the movie you're thinking about.

Regarding the description of flowergirl, I think you're right.
The original title is "La guerre du feu", as it is a french movie by Jean-Jacques Annaud.
But as i remind the movie, there was no need to synchronize it!  ;)

Here is a link for you (flowergirl).
