Subject: International Lyrics Server

I looked at the Backtrax USA bulletin board a while ago and I found out the Int. Lyrics Server is no longer in service. I also saw a vouple of times that the server was temporary disabled(yeah right, temporary). The guy that had the site might be facing jail time. Just thought everyone would want to know.

PS: What does everyone think about this?

I think it's absolute B.S. on the part of the record companies. They claim a loss of profits, but I don't think they sell the lyrics in the form he was offering them by any stretch of the imagination... back in '95 they shut down the great grand-daddy of all lyrics servers, cs.uwp.edu, but at least that guy gut a legal document, this new one sounds like they just came in like a bunch of storm troopers.. I hope they set up a legal fund online, I'll definately contribute and add a link to the page on all mine...
