Subject: It just mystifies me...
Are the forms on the pages of the site clear enough? I thought the big bold sentences that asked people to use the messageboard for questions and not the form on the pages was obvious enough... can someone tell me if I need to state something better here? Or is this just a case of people who can't understand instructions? I must get a dozen questions a day via those forms, and it's too difficult to extract the original email adress and message to respond to them to take the time and respond.. so naturally I don't.. but I would like to get people in the right spot...
of course there are always the diehards, whom if there was an option between a button that says "press here to get money" and one that says "press here to get an electric shock" would still press the wrong button...
