OK, FINALLY the web feed from Uni radio is online. I've a show TONIGHT (the 18th) and will have on every Friday night from 9pm-1am and Sun from 3pm-6pm (Central
US Time) ACK! (Soory, got a pet ferret last Wednesday
and sh'e running all over me, the computer, and everything). Anyways, we play mainly an 80's show, but
since I went through all that in my last post (see
one hit wonders from a couple weeks back) I won't bother to go into it now. You can reach the feed by
going to vic.nsula.edu/knwd and selecting "Live on the
Internet!" (or something like that)... course you'll
need Real Audio. BTW, at the bottom of the KNWD webpage there should be a place for making requests.
Hit me with whatever you can (no profanity please) and
if we have it I'll play it. Doesn't have to be a "hit"
... if you want Duran Duran's "Do You Believe in Shame?" for instance, ask away. :) We should be online
someplace (try 'tell'ing Jasra or Rykari at 3k.org 5000
or Kryllith at toybox.infomagic.com 2010 ... I may be
on the New Breakfast Club site or you can try contacting Amianda via ICQ.

Hope to hear from everyone.

Jack

Hey Jack,
I tried to listen in last night, it was right around 9:00 and it was I think dance music. Did you hit the air later than expected? I just wanted you to know I made an attempt.
I will try again,
Have a good day,
Dan

Hmmm, we had a substitute dj before us who played an continuous dance cd. We start out our show with Information Society's "Peace and Love, Inc." and finish with OMD's "We Love You"... so anything you here between and including those songs will be us. BTW, for anyone listening, we can't access the main computer during the weekends so we can't read requests put in through the web site. We will be on 3k.org 5000 (on telnet) throughout the show though (we had a lot of request from here on Friday) so if you want to requests some songs just log in there. No need to make a character :) just log on as "guest" and talk to either Jasra or Rykari.

Jack

PS. Was going to play some KonKan for you Dan (I've only the Syntonic album so far) but I wasn't sure if you were listening :)

thanks for the info, and the best way to work with entering a message is to just type a whole paragraph without hitting the enter key and just let it scroll right. Screwy I know, but that's the way these silly things work for some reason.
