I am commenting on your 80's nostalgia in movies.
Romy and Michelle is full of it. The soundtrack is all 80's music and good stuff at that. There are flashback scenes where they are both dressed up as Madonna from the 80's. I am sure there are more references but it has been a while since I have seen it.
If you like Lisa Kudrow's character "Phoebe" in friends
and you like the 80's you will love this movie.
I will have to watch it again, Chucky, and get all of the references.

Watched "Romy & Michelle's High School Reunion" last nite, and laughed my head off, again!!! As my ten year high school reunion is coming up next year, it got me to thinking... will it be so hilarious?!?

For those that are interested, Stars2 cable network has been showing "Romy and Michele's H.S. Reunion" every nite at 11:00 o'clock, EST. I've watched it every nite this week, and it is now one of my fave movies of all time, after Sixteen Candles and The Breakfast Club.
