Where did the name wang chung come from? I heard they got their name by translating the name of their group into chinese. is this right? what is the english name?

> the english name? The name was created from the sound a guitar makes. They started out as Huang Chung. I guess they were thinking the down stroke on the guitar made a Wang sound and the up was Chung. It doesn't mean anything. Now, Scritti Politti means "political writings." They had the song "Perfect Way" - I've got a perfect way to make the girls go crazy.
