Subject: song from Planes, Trains, and Automobiles

Do you know the name of the song played at the end of "Planes, Trains, and Automobiles"? It is the last song that leads into the credits. I can kind of remember the lyrics, but would like to know who the artist is. The lyric is something like "every time you go away now, you take a piece of me with you"???

I don't know who did in the film but Paul Young had the hit version of that song in 1985 (which was originally done by Hall & Oates).
