Subject: Movie title
I am trying to remember the name of a movie that I believe came out in the 80s. I can't remember much about it, but I remember that it was about a little boy who was trying to ride around the block on his big wheel, but keeps getting stopped by bullies. At the end of the movies he gets the bullies back by shooting them with a squirt gun filled with pee. Anyone know?

I know the kid was Fred Savage but I think the movie was "The Boy Who Could Fly". Not sure though.
