The song is "IOU" by Freeze. It was a big break dance record in the early 80's. It is on a compilation from Tommy Boy Records called "Vol. 2 Perfect Beats." It is at www.cdnow.com or you could find it at a good record store. Very good dance record from that time. British group.

I think that the song that you are thinking of is "AEIOU Sometimes Y" by EBN-OZN . This song can be found on the 80's compilation "Living In Oblivion" (at least that's where I have it.)
