Subject: 80's themed party- need clothing/other ideas!
Hello! I need some ideas for 80s outfits. I'm making my birthday party with an 80s theme, and I want everyone to come dressed in 80s clothing, but a lot of the people I know don't know a lot of the fashions. I also need to think of something for myself and my 8 year old cousin. (she was born in the 90s!!) If anyone has an ideas of complete outfits, please send them to me! I was thinking, for my cousin, maybe a BIG neon t-shirt with a belt (so it's like a dress) and colored tights or stretch pants, with maybe slouch socks or legwarmers? Any ideas would really help! The party is in a little more than a month.
Also, if anyone has other ideas of what food/games/decorations would fit with an 80s theme, I'd love to hear them!

There is a great website at www.tripletsrus.com that has a lot of '80s fashion info. From my personal experience (LOVED the 80's), BIG hair - lots of spray, fingerless gloves (used to have five pair!), tight designer jeans, and my favorite - high heel pumps with lacy ankle socks!
