Subject: Whats this song??

Written By: Mark on 6/22/2000 at 10:04 a.m.

Ok, this is going to be really vague but I heard this song one day at a 80's dance club, and couldn't get the name or artist. And even worse I couldn't really understand the words in the chorus, but I do remember this song and I love it..so if anyone can help me out, thanks alot!

Chorus goes something like this but It might not even be right...

Hold me, (some lyrics..i think the next couple words "I want to...") Touch me, (some lyrics again) And then some more lyrics

Yes like I said it is vague so you are the master if you get this one. By the way it is a male singer, and a more pop/new wave style. Thanks!

This is just a shot in the dark but is it "The Sun Always Shines on T.V." by A-Ha? This was off their album "Hunting High and Low" which was released in 1985. I believe the song charted but wasn't as popular as "Take On Me". Anyway, the song starts out (slowly): "Touch me, how can it be? Believe me, the sun always shines on T.V. Hold me, close to your heart. Touch me, and give all your love to me." After this it starts rockin'! (well, as rockin' as A-Ha can be!)

I personally think it's the best song on the album! :) Hope this helped!
