Hello - Can anyone suggest anywhere in the UK that holds a good eighties night. We have a friends birthday in August and she is a real eighties chick so we would like to surprise her.

Atomic at the Astoria in London on a Saturday night is very good. It opens at 10pm and shuts at 6am.
Also the 80's night at The Office in London is good and there is also a "School Disco" at a club in London on a Saturday as well but I can't remember where. Try going into Time Out on the web as they have some good ideas for clubs.

there used to be a great '80s night at the Leadmill in Sheffield on weds nights, but i can't say whether it is still the case.
Also, Boxes in Exeter used to have one on weds nights, but i'm not sure if it is an all year thing or just for when the students are there.

Rock City in Nottingham hold an 80's night (every Friday I think). Well attended I can tell ya and real good fun !
