Subject: Color Sounds

I may stump a lot of people on this one. in late '84 PBS aired a show that was part music video, part grammar (nouns, pronouns, verbs, adjectives, etc). the show was called, "Color Sounds". it was like closed-captioned that you see the lyrics on the screen but the grammar was in color (if you what i mean). i can think of only 3 videos that was part of that show. "Stranger In Town" by Toto, "Lovergirl"by Teena Marie, & I think "On The Loose" by Saga. they were suppose to air more shows by hiring a person that a knowledge on grammar back in '85, that never happened. the show was based in i believe in Chucky G's backyard city, Boston. WGBH to be exact and it soon vanished without a trace. there must a show like this airing today; but, who has the guts to aired it? NOBODY!!! WAIT! I was wrong about the city that aired the show. it was Baltimore, not Boston. does anyone remember that show? I know there's a lot of '80's fanatics out there. I remember another video from that show. "The Language Of Love". by Dan Fogelberg. along with "Monkey On Your Back" by Aldo Nova.

I vaguely remember this show. The only videos I remember watching were Steve Perry "Oh Sherrie", Corey Hart "Sunglasses At Night", and Tony Carey "The First Day Of Summer".

Yes, they SHOULD bring this show back.
