i have this old 80's song recorded from radio, i don't know the name of the song or the singer/group. can anyone help me?? i've made a real audio file of it and uploaded it here

I gave it a couple of listens. And while I don't have the song in my vast collection of '80s music, I'm pretty sure your "mystery song" is "Don't Say No" by Billy Burnette, a moderate hit here in the U.S. in the Fall of '80. It was off his 1980 album, simply titled "Billy Burnette". Unfortunately, the album is long out-of-print, and has never been re-issued on CD here in the U.S. During the late '80s/early '90s, Burnette became an official member of Fleetwood Mac...

Incidentally, you may recall that Burnette's cousin, Rocky, scored a big hit here in the U.S. earlier that same year w/ "Tired of Toein' the Line". The vocal similarities to that tune also lead me to believe it's the Billy Burnette song...
