Subject: a well-forgotten song of either the 80's or 90's

O.K. I printed this before and i thought I someone gave me the right answer on a song called,"I Can't Let Go". Originally, someone had said the artist was Celi Bee. I've searched over the web to find any info on this cd, unfortunately, the artist is a female and the music is disco, not a.c./jazz like i thought. the vocalist is male kinda like ala Richard Drummie of Go West. Here goes: 1st verse: walking alone in the cold grey dark, needing your touch, but the touch is gone i see your face everywhere i turn what i feel is love i just start to yearn ooh your embrace have i come to this just a dream of your kiss chorus: i can't let go i keep telling my heart but my heart won't listen i never known why can't i open the door to myself in prison. 2nd verse: calling your name in the dead of the night tasting your lips and holding you tight reach for your hand but there just no end makin' me crazy that your just not there yeah in my heart well it takes some time to you to cross that line (repeat chorus) (bridge) over i'm seeing it by believin' it much more 'till then maybe (sax solo- back to chorus) and it fades. i have the song and taped it on a music choice channel 4 yrs.ago and i have'nt heard that song ever again. maybe on a jazz station or if anyone can contact either ASCAP or BMI or CESAC or anyone that find out who sings this song, what album it came from and if it's still in print (which i doubt). c'mon, i'm not the only person on the planet that has heard of that song. i've help many of of you looking for song/artist(s). not it's your turn to help me. or probably, i've probably STUMP everyone on this messageboard. any info will do. thank you very much. james
