Are there any sites on the net that recognize the talent of Canadian artists of the 80's such as Bryan Adams, Corey Hart, Luba, Tom Cochrane & Red Rider, Loverboy, Sheriff, Alannah Myles, Sarah McLachlan, Blue Rodeo, Sass Jordan, Frozen Ghost, Mitsou, Glass Tiger, Gowan, Platinum Blonde, Colin James, 54/40, The Box, and Lisa Lougheed, just to name a few. I haven't really completely searched this site, but have recognized some references to 80's Canadian artists. Most of the 80's site tend to be created by Americans, and the recognition of 80's Canadian artists are usually missing. If any of you have any information, or want to share feelings on Canadian artists from the 80's, I'd be glad to hear it.

Here's a cool site that has a list of songs (and lyrics) for Canadian artists. You'll just have to click on the text above the computer screens that show up on the page.

The guys who maintain this site are Canadian and they point out the Canadian artists with their songs. As I said though, you'll have to look for the links in the page to get around from one place to another.
I hope this helps you out some. Was just letting you know that there are sites out there that praise Canadian music.
