Subject: Timex Social Club & Club Nouveau
Does anyone know where I can get my hands on songs by The Timex Social Club "Rumours" and "Mixed up world" (I think that's what it's called) and Club Nouveau's "Lean on me" (the old Bill Withers tune)? These were really cool tunes from the mid-80s. Also, did Club Nouveau spring from The Timex Social Club? Thanx in advance.

I don't know about "Mixed Up World" but "Rumors" can be found on a few compilations at CDNOW and "Lean On Me" by Club Nouveau is from their "Life, Love & Pain" album (also at CDNOW).
Club Nouveau did in fact spring from Timex Social Club; there's a little blurb about it at the link below.
