Are you aware of MAME? It's a video game emulator that takes the actual ROM (or whatever it was that made up all those great games)and allows us to play them on the computer. Elevator Action is one of the games among the several HUNDRED games available including Donkey Kong, Crazy Climber, Galaga, Pac-Man, Asteroids, and every other game you can remember. That's a not a bad site, but it is a little rough for newbies to the whole MAME and 80s arcade game. ROMS and emulators can get a little confusing. I found a good intro at
