Does anybody out there know the name of an 80's song with a line that goes:
"that's what my heart, yearns for now, love and pride".
If so, which band is it ??

The song is "Love And Pride" by the British group King. I don't remember what album it came from, but I do know it was only U.S. hit and didn't hit the Top 40, but hit the Hot 100.

it was by a group called king,the lead singer was paul king,who is now a resident presenter on the music channel vh1 on sattelite t.v.

Does he or the band have a website or e-mail address that you know of?
I actually met him and his band in 1986. Pretty cool guys, they were. Wish to give 'em a hearty Hello! I hadn't thought of them in years.
