Can anyone still get the Dr. Demento Show? It's been off the air in Boston for years, but I remember a lot of songs making fun of the crass commercialism of Christmas and the fact that some people care more about what they get than what they can give.

There were several by Tom Lehrer, "Christmas at Ground Zero" by Weird Al, and many, many, more, some of which were never released.

He even has an S&M Christmas song he played, and I can't remember the artist...."Whip me Santa Claus, Beat me Santa Clause..." is how it starts.

Darn! now I have to dig out all my old cassettes and listen to them. Where did I put them now......
