Subject: 80's Sydneytown boy

Written By: Ashley Schofield on 12/28/2000 at 9:19 p.m.

This site is overwhelming. I am impressed with
the knowledge, diehard attitude of the visitors
views, top tens etc in particular to the 80's. As
an Australian, i am interested to know if there is
a genuine likening to aussie music in the 80's.
As this is a US site, as is most of the audience.
If you want, reply with your own thoughts, and
favourites from down under as i would like to know
how our sound,in that era was taken to.
Cheers
Ashley

Yeah, Icehouse, formerly known as "Flowers", headed by Iva Davies, They produced tracks previous to "Electric Blue" such as "No Promises", "Great
Southern Land", "Hey Little Girl", and the haunting "Trojan Blue" just to name a few.
