Subject: Old drawing show based on the sea
there was this old drawing show from early saturday mornings, i dunno what network..but it was followed by cartoons..some guy drew pictures of sea-related animals, such as fish, crabs, or birds, he'd go step by step through the drawings so you could draw along with him..anyone know what i am talking about and have any knowledge of it, like..say..it's name? i know the theme was like someone whistling..an email would be appreciated, thanks
