Subject: 80's toy
Does anyone remember the toys that you filled with water? They had buttons that you pressed that shot rings up and you were supposed to fit them over these plastic things. I thought they were called water rings, but i can't find anything on them. If anyone has any ideas, let me know. Thanks

I remember them, as a matter of a fact, I have one sitting right here! It's a submarine and you have to get all 3 divers into their wholes. The bottom says it was made by TOMY. Good luck!

I found this on ebay...it's the only one I see. I have another one from when I was little (the 70's), it's a shark and you have to get the different colored rings on this nose. Check out the link:

I think I know what you are talking about and they have them now for kids, my daughter has one on her shampoo bottle. It's filled with water and she presses the button to shoot (with water pressure) the rings onto the posts that are given a point value. Got It at Target.
