Subject: American Top 40 Flashback
Did anyone caught AT 40 Flashback w/Casey Kasem this past weekend? It was the top 40 songs from that past week in 1986. I didn't catch a lot of it; but, I heard 3 songs from that year: "Sex As A Weapon" Pat Benatar, "The Sweetest Taboo" Sade, & a lost song like Pat's you don't on the radio anymore, "Face The Face" Pete Townsend. What was your reaction? Can anyone post the songs that hit the Top 40 that week in 1986? Also, did anyone find out what year he was going to countdown next week because I think he's going to do it in various years of the 80's like say; he'll do the top 40 songs from that week in 1980. I hope so because that's the year I started listening to AT40. Please, no fighting on this messageboard lol I fail to mention 2 things: the shows are re-broadcast & the "LONG DISTANCE DEDICATIONS" are still there.
