ok this may not be a lot of help but here goes...
it sounds sorta like the cure i dont know who it is but the words go something like this:
"u make me feel like i am young again."
"i will always love you.
whatever words i said,

I can't remember which album it's on, but it's one of the earlier albums... It's NOT on The Walk, Kiss Me Kiss Me Kiss Me, or Staring at the Sea... perhaps Disintegration. It IS available on All Mixed Up. It's an extended mix version (about 6.3 minutes)

It is on "Disintegration" as well as "Mixed Up."
