Subject: Even a geezer needs help with a song now & then

Written By: DJ Midas on 2/2/2001 at 7:52 a.m.

OK, this one should be easy. It's early 80's or late 70's. Heard it on the way home late last night after a looong day at my day job (we're packing to move into a larger office space down the street Monday). Only caught the tail end of the song...was a male vocal speaking in a soft voice, guitar picking, then the music builds up and the chorus screams "Don't tell me (or say) that you love me!"......."Don't tell me that you want me!......." the chorus sounded like male & female voices so it led me to believe maybe Fleetwood Mac and now it's bugging me, as I'm back at work 9 hours later, so if someone could reply...

BTW, Raleigh NC just got their first true 80's radio station recently (I just found out two days ago), STAR 102.9, and now Money Magazine can truly rate it as one of the best places to live in the U.S. They've been playing great music so far, and no live DJ's yet to mess it up (of course they'll probably soon have another Bob & (sidekick's name) morning show...) so it's been great to listen to during my windshield time.

Could it be "Tusk" by Fleetwood Mac from 1979? a #8 hit from the album of the same name?
